Contact form

When you send a message through the Contact page, we receive your name, email address and message and, if provided, your company and phone number. We use this information only to reply to you: it reaches our team by email and is not sold, shared for advertising or used for any other purpose.

To block automated messages, the form goes through a Cloudflare check (Turnstile), which looks at technical signals from the browser and does not build an advertising profile.

Browsing the website

The website does not use advertising cookies or visitor analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records technical access data, such as the IP address, to keep the website secure and running.

The fonts are served by the website itself. The map on the Contact page (Google Maps) and the institutional video (YouTube) only load when you ask for them: until then, nothing is sent to Google.

AIS Action

Ceará Marine Pilots does not collect personal data through the AIS Action. The endpoint only returns public AIS positions, and no user information is stored.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, as provided for in the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), by writing to cemapi@cearapilots.com.br.
